Everyone would have heard of Nostradamus, the person behind many famous predictions made 500 years ago. He was born in the year 1503 in Saint Remi. He was a renowned French doctor and a famous astrologer as well. His prediction about the future in the year 2012 was really shocking for many people worldwide.

In the Bible, Jesus recounted that many states will rise against one another during the last days. He also stated that there will be plagues and famines around the world during he last days. If the planet Niburu is to take place in 2012, scientists at NASA should be in a position to observe NIburu in between 2006 – 2011. According to Nostradamus prophesy, a powerful comet will pass thru the earth and scorch up a large area of trees.

When it comes to 2012, there are no mentions of this year in any of his works, but there are interpretations that suggest that Nostradamus predicted major wars and disasters around this time. Nostradamus has said himself that all of his prophecies will be valid until the year 3797, which pretty much destroys any ideas that he predicted that the world will end in 2012.
